Our breakthrough arose when a stressed client in 2022 needed arrangements delivered three hours earlier to match an accelerated investor meeting. Instead of saying “impossible,” our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets designed to look pristine whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
